- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a tight deadline driven environment;

- Fluency in verbal and written English.

Got the Know-how? Bring on the Experience :

- Basic knowledge of credit criteria/credit decision implementation in a decision engine;
- Basic knowledge of using analytical tools (SQL) and/or decision engines (based on Java script).

Here's the Deal: Your Main Mission :

- Together with the relevant retail risk structures, designs and implements underwriting and origination /monitoring strategies / credit policy rules for the retail lending products of tbi ensuring the right architecture and functionality;
- Implements rules (simple or complex) and formulas, scorecards and risk based pricing schemes, including critical controls covering implementation, testing, launching, validating and logging of changes;
- Reviews business requirements and transpose them in functional specifications;
- Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA), coordinates UAT/QA as required with other teams, drives new or changed deployment validations, authorizes launches in live production, covers post production monitoring;
- Documents detailed process maps / defines necessary process designs, relevant for the decisioning engine;
