Testing Automation Product Lead

The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic #tech projects.

-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing and test automation product management
-Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress
-Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or TestLink
-Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI
-Experience with agile development methodologies
-Experience with product management principles and methodologies
-Strong understanding of software testing and test automation concepts
-Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services
-Strong understanding of technical product management principles and methodologies
-Relevant certifications in software testing and test automation such as ISTQB or CSTE
-Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java or Python

Context/ROLE
Our Testing & QA team is dedicated to ensuring the reliability and performance of our products, while minimizing the toil for our engineering teams. As the Testing Automation Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing testing automation as a product, including defining the testing strategy, setting testing goals and objectives, and coordinating testing efforts across the different tribes.

Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities
The Testing Automation Product Lead will be responsible for:
-managing testing automation as a product, including defining the testing strategy, setting testing goals and objectives, and coordinating testing efforts across the different tribes
-keeping testing simple to use and simple to manage, while ensuring that the product meets the testing objectives
-working closely with the Testing Automation Engineers and QA Testers to ensure that testing efforts align with the overall product goals and objectives
