Who can apply?

• Final year students or fresh graduates with Bachelor/Master degree;
• No prior work experience needed;
• Good knowledge of English (B1 level) and/or French (B1 level);
• Desire to learn and start your professional experience in a multinational and multicultural organization;
• Oral and Written communication skills;
• Ability to work within a team;
• Proactive attitude, ambition and enthusiasm.

This 12 month paid program has been designed to offer you the possibility to really understand the area and job that best suits you.
During the 1st month, you will be experiencing all our Business Lines and activities, with a program of 5h/day and, after the 1st month, you will choose the job that best fits your skills, competencies and interests and kick start your on-the-job experience.
Also, to support you during exams and graduation period, we offer you the possibility to choose between a part-time and a full-time program for the second and third month of the program.
