    Requirements


    Cerinte:

    - Studii universitare si de specialitate absolvite cu diploma de licenta;
    - Experienta de munca de 1-3 ani;
    - Cunoasterea limbii engleze;
    - Cunostinte foarte bune de operare PC: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    - Permis de conducere valid.

    Responsibilities

    Sarcini si responsabilitati:

    - Verificarea solicitarilor de asistenta tehnica;
    - Suport derulare actiuni rechemare;
    - Incadrarea in indicatorii stabiliti
    - Consiliere tehnica pentru dealerii marcilor;
    - Oferirea de solutii de reparatie;
    - Monitorizarea calitatii produselor;
    - Comunicarea permanenta cu fabricantii.
