Photo and Video Shoot Coordinator

• Proven experience as a photo/video shoot coordinator or a similar role
• Great communicator with working level of English, written and spoken
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) would be a plus
• Visually-driven with a sharp eye for detail and what looks good on camera
• Understanding of Live Casino or interest in the iGaming industry

• Team up with photography, marketing, product, and Live Casino operations teams to create detailed briefs for photo and video shoots during pre-production calls;
• Work closely with the Marketing Art team and assist with developing storyboards, as well as contributing creative and original ideas;
• Coordinate timings and scheduling, ensuring all teams are aligned across key touchpoints, from kick-off to delivery;
• Manage casting selection, hair & make-up, and catering for photo/video sessions;
• Handle and organise important paperwork, including cost reports, budget approvals and payments;
• Make sure all aspects of the shoot run smoothly during the production phase – overseeing all preparations from inception to on-site arrangements, ensuring our team have everything they need and that the shoot stays on schedule;
• Assist in the production of other video and photographic content used for Pragmatic Play’s marketing, including website and other digital assets, as well as events;
• During post-production, oversee the development and delivery of pictures – being the MVP between the photographer/videographer and the Marketing/Product teams;
• Ensure pictures are delivered on time, communicating timelines with Marketing/Product teams;
• Work closely with Product and Marketing to prepare assets for upload on the client portal, ensuring that everything is neatly organised and structured;
• You'll be needed on location in Romania, with a primary focus on shoots at our Bucharest studio. There is also an opportunity to travel across Europe, such as Bulgaria, and internationally where required.
