What you need to know/have:
7+ years of experience in the field of telecommunications;
5+ years of experience in planning and optimization of radio access networks;
At least 1 year of experience working with Python;
Basic knowledge in using C-SON platforms;
Minimum 2 years experience in data structures;

What you’ll be doing
Develop software solutions for the automation of radio access network optimization activities;
Implementation of automation requirements in software components, transformation and transposition of the data model, configuration of the software system and databases as well as the transfer of knowledge to the operational teams;
Performs the feasibility analysis for the implementation of the new automations;
Ensures communication with the technical teams from the clients in order to ensure access to the data structures necessary for the implementation of the automation solutions;
Ensures that the documentation of the delivered products or components complies with the project strategy;
Use the existing automation platforms for developing new functionalities in accordance with the requests of the operational teams;
Preparing and conducting trainings for the operational teams for the use of automation solutions;
Periodically reports to the clients the status of the project, takes measures to combat the effects caused by delays, and communicates the identification of blocking points;
Estimates development/integration efforts and participates in the development of delivery objectives;
Ensures the coordination and exchange of experience with the teams that develop automation solutions at the group level;
Identifies new solutions that can be implemented in ongoing projects and performs an analysis on the feasibility of implementing these new solutions
