CREDIT ANALYST (PROJECT FINANCE)

If you know about yourself that you have:
 Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields.
 Minimum 5 years of strong quantitative experience in banking, of which at least 3 years’ experience in project finance or syndication or M&A expertise will be a plus.
 In-depth knowledge of the banking field, of the financial-banking market in general. Knowledge of the business environment, good understanding of economic and commercial area.
 Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use.
 Good knowledge of English;
 Innovative, analytical, conceptual thinking;
 Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision.
 Customer focused and result driven;
 Excellent communication and relationship skills;
 Seriousness, responsibility, ability to promptly fulfill the proposed objectives in limited time intervals;
 Ethical and moral dress.

What will you do in this role?
 Analyze the financing requests received from corporate client groups in the perspective of financing by CEC Bank;
 Analyze the client's business and financial data, as well as their investment projects, based on the documentation submitted by the client in order to propose the conditions for approval and development of credit facilities;
 Provide recommendations regarding the analysis and assessment of credit risk;
 Support in drafting specific documentation for transaction structuring solutions, adapted according to the type of client and type of product;
 Propose measures to maintain and develop a successful collaboration with the clients;
 Facilitate the credit approval process and act as interface with Risk Underwriting division.
 Give the necessary support to the branches in order to carry out credit relations with corporate customer groups in good conditions.
 Participate in the meetings with existing and potential clients organized at the level of the Large Clients Department, as well as in the negotiation of transaction terms in order to optimize the analysis process.
 Actively participate in the improvement of the bank's internal processes, dedicated to perfecting the analysis process.
