SCOM Tooling Engineer (Remote)

Good team working / interpersonal skills/ analytical skills
Customer and internal meetings: project planning, service management reviews, workshops on request
Knowledge about Active Directory
Knowledge of GPO/DNS/DHCP/WSUS
Knowledge of SCOM
Practical knowledge of Web Services - REST/SOAP
Good understanding of relational databases
Good understanding of ITIL and Software Development Lifecycle
Advanced knowledge of English language.
French and German language will be a big plus
Monitoring tools experience ( Nagios, ELK) is a big advantage

It is possible to have solid background in programming of any other than JavaScript language, preferably object-oriented one e.g. Java, Python, PHP and learn ServiceNow during introduction phase
Experience in agile development methodology
Experience in working directly with customers
ServiceNow certifications would be a plus e.g. CSA, CIS, CAD or ISTQB
