Digital Marketing Specialist LaDoiPasi

In the role of #METROCHAMPION Digital Marketing Specialist, you will learn with us and use your skills for:

• Establishing, executing, providing complete performance reporting and measuring our mobile app paid advertising initiatives to drive conversion and sales across our services;
• Working at the planning level by generating bold and innovative ideas for growth and at the tactical level by creating, optimizing and managing advertising campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems;
• Overseeing and consistently improving tracking, attribution, and analysis of key metrics, while creating and distributing monthly reports;
• Building, developing, and managing relationships with top mobile ad networks and publishers;
• Working with our agency in creating content and supporting on the execution of a dedicated roadmap;
• Proactively sourcing new opportunities for expansions across digital media channels to drive customer acquisition;
• Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy;
• Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement in order to reach audiences through targeted channels;

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position;
• A good understanding of ASO tactics with proof points and apps;
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy across PPC channels; with proven track record of optimizing campaigns to improve performance and CPA results along with audience segmentation, targeting, APIs, custom audiences;
• Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics;
• Creativity and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Capability of working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, while being able to prioritize appropriately;
• Highly organized and detail oriented interpersonal;
• Proficiency with content management systems;
• Experience in planning and leading initiatives;
