ALTEN Romania, part of the international ALTEN Group - with a unique position as Leader in IT & Engineering Consulting, provides support for its clients’ development strategies in the fields of innovation, R&D and IT systems since 1996. The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN KEPLER.

Analyses of business requirements documents and system specification and creates test plans, test cases and test documentation for application testing;
Preforms testing of digital application and flow;
Perform functional and regression testing;
Reporting bugs and errors to allocated BA / development team;
Help troubleshoot issues;
Interacting with business users to discuss business requirements, flow, system;
Interacting with project team for updates, next steps, issues, risks;
Make connections between systems and ensure end-to-end process.

Experience in testing end-to-end digital application: digital functionalities on existing application for customer onboarding;
Experience in writing test documentation, test plans and test cases;
Experience in bug reporting;
Good knowledge of English;
Ability to successfully manage project timelines;
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving attitude;
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Excellent organizational skills, curious mindset and attention to details;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and readily adaptable to change;
Knowledge of JIRA system is a plus.
