    What you'll be doing day to day

    Here is what we expect you to do….
    •Provide technical support to the users for Office 365 tools and Power Platform
    •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to these tools
    •Assist the user account management and access control
    •Communicate effectively with users to ensure their issues are resolved in a timely manner
    •Collaborate with other support functions in order to solve all raised issues
    •Document and maintain accurate records of all support interactions

    ... with the knowledge and capabilities, we expect you to have… 

    •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 apps
    •Basic knowledge of Power Platform
    •Basic knowledge of user management tools
    •Ability to handle multiple priorities, while maintaining attention to details
    •Positive attitude, driven and willing to learn
    •High level of proficiency in English

    Together as a team

    The Junior Support Specialist will work closely with the Solutions Team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. You will gain valuable experience in a field of technical support and user management.
