Optics Design Team Leader

Lead a team of Optics Designers and Homologation specialists in creating unique lighting concepts for Special Applications Vehicles;
Lead design concepts in close co-operation with other disciplines and define the best solution to be implemented in actual lighting products;
Lead design reviews with the team and evaluate improvements to achieve best styling and best manufacturability of proposed concepts;
Evaluate designs from legal perspective and ensure that the design is made according to legal requirements;
Innovate in lighting;
Manage and grow people to be their best.
