Fulfillment Operator

- Automatic or manual fulfillment processing
- Acquiring materials from stock
- Acquiring cards from stock (vault)
- Cards personalization and card personalization quality check (visual and logical if needed)
- Setting up the machines as per card fulfillment specs: correct job setup allocation, envelope, carrier & other inserts
- Fulfillment production quality check
- Quantity reconciliation based on number of cards to be produced and actuals (no missing cards, no doubled cards)
- Sorting as per customer's requests (regions, branches, different couriers etc)
- Packing as per delivery requirements (delivery units - boxes, big envelopes etc)
- Receive ready to dispatch cards and envelops from upstream personalization or fulfillment cells  - no of delivery units
- Perform quantity reconciliation of received cards vs. the work orders details
- Ensure accurate dispatch customer specific requirements (sorting or other predefined process) are met prior to handover to the dedicated courier
- Ensure the correct follow-up on specific quality monitoring procedures
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the direct manager

- Ensuring the proper performance of the tasks entrusted to him in a timely manner and with the highest quality standards;
- Participating in the process of information flow in the company, providing other team members with important and up-to-date information related to their work and the team
- Scheduled implementation of tasks both in routine activities and in the event of special needs in Production while maintaining the highest quality of the product
- Monitoring production flows with the use of available indicators, thus ensuring the achievement of specific goals
- Maintaining and increasing productivity, initiating and implementing improvements in consultation with the management and employees of other areas
- Implementing Lean Manufacturing
- Ensuring the safety and efficiency of you and your colleagues in the assigned production area
- Ensuring the safety of devices in the assigned production area
Following all company procedures
- Effective communication with colleagues, direct supervisor and management.
- Training of employees in the assigned task area
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace, in accordance with the 5S protocol adopted by the Company
- Report and implement ideas about possible savings in our operations
- Maintain a good atmosphere at work and good relations with colleagues.
- Performing other tasks ordered by superiors or resulting from the existing responsibilities.
