Project Manager (AMC Ro Studio)

College or University graduate in administration, management or any other relevant subject.

Able to adapt and learn quickly.

Great English and Romanian communication skills; French proficiency would be a great bonus.

Analytical and innovative with strong critical thinking skills.

Strong project management skills.

Excellent knowledge of the video game world.

Strong at multi-tasking, tracking, communication and organizing tasks.

Support the production of multiple projects, in all areas of development.

Communicate progress both internally and to clients.

Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure projects meet the clients’ expectations, production deadlines and assigned budget.

Collaborate with Production Manager, Art Directors, Artists and the Director of Business Development.

Provide administrative accountability for responsibilities (work sheets, production reports, budget monitoring, etc.).

Act as contact person with regard to the daily supervision of staff.

Help maintain a healthy and engaging working environment, ensuring that team members communicate effectively.

On Project Launch

Help define the client's requirements in order to create the project's workplan.

Take charge of scheduling deliverables, planning and tracking project deadlines with assistance from the artistic team and Production Manager.

Work closely with the Art team to correctly set up the project, ensuring that the mandates are clear for everyone involved.

During the project's kick-off phase, set up the project in line with established procedures, ensure the project brief is complete, and verify that all the necessary resources are in place for the project's successful implementation, contacting and recruiting external vendors when required.

For Project Coordination

Act as a contact person for clients, resolve any problems that may arise and if necessary, speak or refer to the representative for that client.

Track the progress of the production plan, deliverables schedule and budget throughout the projects cycle, communicating progress both internally and to the client. This includes ensuring project progression, client satisfaction and the quality and uniformity of the visual products is met at each milestone.

Provide regular updates on information concerning the project according to established procedures. This includes filing, producing and distributing project details to the appropriate contacts or departments.

Inform the Production Manager of changes and/or problems encountered during project production and be able to offer possible solutions in the form of trouble shooting, adjustments to the schedule, overall approach and methodology, adapting to production realities and meeting the client's overall expectations.

Ensure the profitability KPI’s are met for assigned projects.

Follow up on approvals with the client and Art Director, and coordinate and produce the approved deliverables;

Coordinate and support the work of the artists and organize, coordinate and facilitate team meetings, ensuring attendance and providing the necessary follow-up on the outcome of these meetings.

On Project Close

Fully assess the project to ensure the contract has been fulfilled. This includes producing an accurate end of project report, invoice, post-mortem and fully archiving the project and associated data.
