    Desired skills and competencies:

    Mandatory advanced level of German language
    Good knowledge of MS Office package
    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
    Customer focused, analytical, detailed oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
    Very good communication skills
    Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential) would be a plus
    0-2 years’ work-related experience in billing, accounting, customer service or similar in a multinational client base would be a plus


    Key operational responsibilities:

    Customer Support: First-level email support for existing customers, third parties and internal departments, coordination of delivery and return dates, creation of service notes

    Order Management & Customer Data: Take orders product area Cylinder/Other Containers, process them in a customer-oriented and efficient manner or forward them to specialist departments and bring about a solution for questions of the customer; In case of delivery problems, find solutions in coordination with the customer while observing logistical restrictions; Adhering to the rules from the delivery policy and implementing the central logistics specifications

    Invoicing & Contract Management: Perform info e-mails, prepare, and run periodic reports and analysis related to inter-company billing process, create, verify and modify invoices, create and update customer accounts in database

    Corrections and solving complaints: Analyze complaints and requests from customers and propose solutions; Request approvals, when necessary, for implement corrections and changes; Communicate solutions and feedback to the customer

    Reporting: create and deliver reports required by customer and management as part of business dynamics

    Your personal interactions in the backline of Linde's business help ensure customer's loyalty to the Linde Brand and enhance Customer Experience. You foster a collaborative working relationship with country and regional business partners. At the same time, make a difference as you directly interact with Linde's customers in different regions.
