    Linde Global Services Romania is a service hub, processing and supporting a variety of intra-company functions and services in the area of Order-to-Cash (such as order processing, customer master data, credit management, query management & customer support, invoice processing, customer & data management) for Linde Germany and Linde Switzerland.     The profile of our future colleague includes:
    - Great communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Good negotiation skills
    - Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2+/C1)
    - Good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    - Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential)
    - Client support/customer service experience
    - Focus on customer satisfaction
    - Detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
    - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

    - Openness to travel in Germany or to Timisoara for training purposes


    Key operational responsibilities:

    Transition: Participate to the knowledge transfer and interact appropriately with trainers and other contact persons of the local organization, participate in knowledge cascade process for new employees

    Order Management:
    • Effective management of order intake and fulfillment of specific KPIs: accept orders from industry and institutional healthcare customers, register and record orders, order details confirmation, determine - modify - update delivery channel for respective orders, inform customers about changes and status, arrange return appointments, record special deliveries, cancel deliveries and agreement of dates for subsequent delivery

    • Systemic adjustments and customer communication: Maintain master data in the ordering system, manage queries regarding orders, coordinate with internal departments, actively maintain and expand long-term profitable customer relationships through planned, controlled and well managed interactions, and proactive advise the customer to use alternative ordering methods (eg. webshops)
    Reporting: create and deliver reports required by customer and management as part of business dynamics

    Working procedures: create and update on a regular basis the working procedures; maintain quality in the required standards and constantly improve the performance of processes; collaborate with team and team manager on workload and fair sharing of shared responsibilities
