In this role, you will be part of a supportive and dynamic team to manage and grow warm accounts within a designated trade & geographical area while strengthening the company’s position or market share within the specific trade and territory.
A high level of commitment and customer focus
Phone-based sales experience is preferred
High learning ability with an eye for detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
The ability to create excellent long-distance relationships through digital and/or telephone platforms
Competent PC skills
Professional English skills
Account management activities; upsell & cross-sell business planning and execution/develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement;
Prospecting the market to identify business opportunities;
Creating business plans to identify customer potential and where product gaps exist;
Identifying decision makers within your construction/ industrial customers;
Follow opportunities from the needs identification phase to the closing stage;
Demonstrating consultative selling expertise;
Builds long-term, meaningful customer relationships on the phone;
Build deep relationships within the territory channel community and become a trusted advisor for our products and services.
Collaborate with a variety of departments to be a successful account manager;
