    Cerinte

    3 years of experience in a similar role in multinational companies.
    Excellent time management skills, public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills in English language.
    Exceptional organization and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail.
    Experience in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
    Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data.

    Responsabilitati

    Partner with colleagues from Design and Development area (Technical Centers) regarding training needs based on competency gap from Learning Management System (LMS).
    Organize training sessions (technical skills, soft skills) in LMS and maintain employee training records.
    Manage training budget and plan.
    Track and report on training outcomes (monthly/annually).
    Propose, promote and implement training solutions considering available and newly designed concepts/ solution.
    Prepare and attend audits.
    Assess training market and trends and maintain a professional relationship with internal and external vendors.
