Accounts Receivable Specialist

• University degree in economics;
• 3 to 5 years experience in accounting or financial department;
• Fluency in English language is mandatory;

• Book bank statement, all payments received form customers;
• Clearing the payments received from customers (allocate the payment received on open invoices) and split payment reduction according to payment details;
• Clearing payment differences (reductions made by the customer due to price differences, quality and logistic complains) with correction documents issues against the reductions;
• Check reminders prepared electronically with regard to payments not yet received from the customers;
• Prepare and check balance confirmation for customers, deal with correspondence and prepare monthly reports.
