    🚀 Ce vei face:

    ➡️ Trebuie sa fii prima linie de contact pentru utilizatorii cu probleme tehnice si sa furnizezi suport tehnic si /sau orice alte informatii privind utilizarea software-ului furnizat de sucursala sau de catre partenerii sai.
    ➡️ Vei rezolva problemele si preocuparile clientilor, eficient si profesional, prin aplicarea cunostintelor despre aplicatii software, aplicatii, politici, proceduri, scopuri si obiective departamentale.
    ➡️ Vei oferi clientilor informatii utile privind serviciile companiei.
    ➡️ Vei primi apeluri de intrare si vei efectua apeluri catre client sau vei folosi chat-uri si email-uri pentru comunicarea eficienta si rapida cu clientii/potentialii clienti ai companiei.
    ➡️ Vei urmari activ cererile clienților sau potențialilor clienți, vei raspunde la acestea intrun mod profesional si in timp util.
    ➡️ Vei menține contactul cu clientii existenți sau potențiali ai companiei la cererea acestora si ii vei asista in funcție de nevoile lor.
