- Working experience as a Customer Support Specialist in eCommerce is a plus;
- Advanced level of English, both verbal and written;
- Excellent communication and customer focus (both verbal and written);
- Good working knowledge of the Support essential functions, procedures, and policies;
- Problem-solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with the greatest attention to detail.
- Provides support in using the online platform for registered customers and potential customers;
- Handling all customer-related queries via all contact channels (telephone, chat, and emails) and escalating sensitive cases according to set procedures;
- Identifies and assesses customer needs to address all requests from them and provides them with accurate, valid, and complete information, using specific methods;
- Maintains a customer-oriented professional attitude.
