Proven experience in various functional areas of human resources, particularly in organization development, change management and employee relations;
Strong knowledge of human resources programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
Participates in daily meetings set by the department head (QRQC at production section level, monthly meeting or other meetings as requested) to identify problems, find solutions or report various situations;
Participates in meetings with social partners on various HR and HSE issues;
Communicates problems to the superior on the social dialogue side;
Participates in 5′ meetings with Plant Section Manager, Segment Leaders, Quality Manager, TS Manager – BU TGJ;
Participates in weekly MPS meetings to identify the needs of directly productive staff for the next period;
Manages projected recruitment volumes in line with production needs;
Monitors the evolution of the workforce and recruitment needs for both directly productive and indirect;
Coordinates the selection process for directly productive staff;
Participates in the selection and interview process for indirect productive staff;
Directly coordinates the training activity for directly productive staff (directly reports to the production coordinators), in order to integrate and develop the polyvalence of this category;
Monitors the smooth running of the training process;
Monitors the rump-up indicators according to the number of staff;
Manages staff from a social and disciplinary point of view: absenteeism, disciplinary investigations;
Monitors compliance with safety rules and ensures public awareness campaigns during initial training of new employees;
Monitors absenteeism, staff fluctuation and implementation of the action plan;
Conducts employee interviews (absenteeism, quality, productivity, evaluation with manager);
Monitors and reduces work accidents in the workshop;
Provides support to production managers in personnel management;
Prepares Human Resources reports and presentations required by the specific activity;
Creates a climate that fosters participation in decision-making;
Coordinates regular performance reviews.
