For our client, a Data Analytics company with extensive experience in the area of data acquisition, data storage and processing, data visualisation and statistical analysis, we are looking for a BI Developer.

What we need from you:

· Hands-on experience, industry-agnostic, tool-agnostic

· Basic to intermediate data querying skills

· Willingness to learn

· Customer facing skills

· Fluent English

You are amazing if you have one or more of these:

·Experience in working with Vertica / Oracle / MS SQL Server / mySQL / Snowflake

· Experience in working with Talend / Informatica / ODI / SAS DI / SSIS / Pentaho

· Experience in working with Tableau Software / PowerBI / Microstrategy / QlikView

· Experience in working with data lakes

· R and/or Phyton knowledge

· Data warehouse practices and techniques

· Big Data knowledge

Day-to-Day Activities:

· Interact with technical and business stakeholders for gathering requirements

· Analyse heterogeneous data sources from the customer’s infrastructure – CRM / ERP / WMS / TMS / HRMS etc, be it sources based on databases, files or APIs

· Apply dimensional modeling techniques to define or enhance EDW models and develop the ETL processes to populate the EDW

· Build, manage and optimise ETL and ELT jobs for large volumes of data

· Define, enhance and implement Data Quality techniques

· Optimise database queries using SQL optimization and data structure optimization

· Use data visualisation tools and techniques
