Requirements:

- 3+ years of previous experience in programme and project management, using SAP, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, JIRA;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Proven experience in the project management planning, resource management,
cost management, risk management, document management, communication and
time reporting;
- Solid knowledge of commercial quality standards and processes;
- Advanced Romanian and English, both spoken and written;
- Hands on experience in one of the following functions is considered a plus: Sales
Support, Activation, Billing, Credit/Collection, Finance;
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and
best practices;
- Previous experience in managing complex cross-functional projects in a
multicultural environment is considered a plus.

- Has a deep understanding of processes and systems from the assigned commercial area (Sales, Marketing, Activation, Billing, Credit & Collection, Customer Care, etc.);
- Manages, documents and keeps up to date the processes and updated processes from the assigned area ;
- Keeps process design documents up to date, launches new design documents when needed, involves the business specialist in order to ensure coherence and process harmonization throughout the company ;
- For each system request, helps the business specialist to calculate the benefits and explains the cost-benefits analysis;
- Follows-up the requests in Jira and keeps them up to date;
- Participates actively in clarifying and designing process implementation or modification meetings;
- Prepares and validates with stakeholders the UAT test scenarios and follows-up the UAT development and closing;
- Colaborate with Training departments in order to make sure all training materials are updated and provides support for internal trainers.
