Who are you and what kind of skills are we looking for?

- University degree - bachelor level is a must;
- At least 3 years of previous relevant experience for the position;
- At least 5 years of total work experience in the private sector;
- Relevant Experience in reporting based on Global Reporting Initiative Standards (Core Option);
- Good understanding of the ESG framework;
- Relevant experience in conducting Materiality Analysis processes;
- Good knowledge of the UN 2030 Agenda;
- Previous experience in utility/ energy industry is a plus;
- Good understanding of the national and european legislative and regulatory framework regarding Non-finanical Reporting (Including EU taxonomy) is a plus;
- Good command of English language;
- Microsoft package proficiency is a must.

Soft skills:

- Ability to work collaboratively with the other memebers of the team, with group/global teams or with colleagues from other departments/Business lines;
- Good clarifier, good communicator, good listening skills;
- Ability to work with challenging deadlines on multiple processes.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation and monitoring of the Country SUS plan with relevant KPIs and targets for all BLs and relevant functions;
- Implementation of the materiality analysis and of all disclosure activities (group and local level) according to local, group and global guidelines, in agreement with GRI& ESG frameworks and with national and european legal and regulatory framework;
- Identification, management, monitoring and impact evaluation of sustainability initiatives included in Country SUS Plan liaising with BLs and relevant functions;
- Integration of human rights policy into business processes, implementation of the due diligence and report internal and external activities at local level;
- Maintainance of a good communication with global and group teams;
- Seeking constant optimization of SUS processes deployment and providing constructive feedback;
- Contribution to other activities residing from the activity of the department (administrative tasks, contribution to presentations and working sessions onrelevant themes).
