    Requirements

    We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.
    As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

    What will you bring?
    • Good English and French language skills, written and conversational;
    • Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes;
    • Sourcing experience in Logistics area – mandatory;
    • Sourcing experience in Transports area – mandatory;
    • Experience of working on SAP or Oracle or Ariba or COUPA;
    • 2-3 years minimum mandatory experience in BPO, Procurement operations.

    Responsibilities

    Standard, low-risk or administrative legal services including:
    • Non-Disclosure Agreement execution and proof agreement for electronic signature (completion and signature management);
    • Extension of term through an extension letter and extension of term through amendment (with / without technical and/or commercial updates);
    • Drafting contracts from templates and support to enhancing contract frameworks;
    • Supplier contract negotiation based on the playbook and instructions from purchasing category;
    • Contract approvals and signatory;
    • Contract archival in the system;
    • End-user/Supplier query support.
