    Qualifications

    Who you are:

    • You have a university or technical college degree in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, or comparable engineering
    • You have experience in mechanics design or product level design
    • You have at least 3 years of experience in project management
    • You have leadership experience with small teams
    • You are familiar with existing design methods like FMEA, DFMA, V-Model
    • You are familiar with handling various problem-solving methods

    Job Description

    Who we are and what we do:

    • We react to fast-changing markets by adapting the electronics and mechanical hardware components of our products, to keep them in steady supply, quality and cost.
    • As leaders for worldwide change projects, we assure our product quality by technically evaluating all change requests and performing required validation tests with our internal and external partners.
    • We act as a key function across divisions, combining project management, technological expertise and direct customer communication
    • We coordinate and guide change introductions supported by project management tools
    • We interact directly with all management levels for strategic alignments and reporting
    • We work in an international organization that uses innovative collaboration and communication tools for fast, efficient and fun interaction in our network

     

    If you join our team, your contribution will be:

    • Further grow and develop your team structure and scope together with local and international management
    • Provide continuous improvements of internal and cross/functional processes
    • Drive the competence management and know/how exchange of your team
    • Be involved in recruiting of team members for your own and partnering teams
    • Coordinate and guide your international team of project leaders to ensure targets of our organization are met. Track regularly the quality, budget, and productivity targets for the entire team
    • Report directly to required management levels and our customers
    • Define and implement countermeasures in case of target deviations
    • Lead worldwide mechanical component change projects as a project leader, impacting a large portion of the automotive market directly with your activities
    • Cooperate with international development partners and Bosch production plants
    • Facilitate and support efficient work relations and good cooperation with other local as well as international departments
    • Meet regularly with the internal and external customers (Automotive OEMs)
