Your Mission

As a Pharmacist/Qualified Person you will be in charge of developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability for the organization’s medicines and food supplements and accompanying working procedures. These will be required to secure and maintain authorization to distribute human pharmaceuticals and to make risk-based decisions driven by data.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Master degree (Chemistry, Pharma degrees represent an advantage)
Minimum 1 year in activities of handling/storage/distribution of human medicinal products, and
Minimum 2 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, in activities related to the qualitatively and quantitively analysis of human medicinal products (e.g. Laboratory Analyst);
Very good English skills, both speaking and writing;
Evidence of passion, leadership and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities;
Problem solving via innovation & creativity;
Strong organizing and analytical thinking;
Ability to efficiently collaborate within a multicultural environment.

Your impact would touch everything from developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving Quality Systems, procedures, and standards in compliance with regulations for our Personal Health Care brands consisting of human medicinal products and food supplements.

Our QA team strives for nothing but the best every single day. You’ll play a key part in driving the integrity of our Personal Health Care brands and helping us deliver our Quality Promise: “Quality our consumers, customers, regulators, and employees trust – everywhere, every time!”


These are some examples of missions that you could lead:

Represent P&G in front of local Healthcare Authorities.
Be permanently and continuously available to local Healthcare Authorities and to the Marketing Authorization Holder (e.g. in a local inspection situation)
Be responsible for securing and maintaining authorizations for fiscal imports and distribution of human medicinal products
Implement, maintain and improve Quality Management System
Ensure compliance of products and processes with GDP and local requirements
Maintain a training system and ensure initial and continuous training of local employees on legislation, GDP, QMS and Personal Health Care requirements
Release product for distribution to the market
Reviewing and aligning Quality and Technical Agreements with contract parties and related P&G organizations
Report quality incidents and assess, make decision on Quality defects with Sector QA
Management of authorized activities and responsible for records’ quality and accurateness
Ensures that suppliers and clients are approved and execute monthly reviews with distribution contractors
Efficient handling of complaints for concerned products
Be supportive to our Legal, R&D, QA and Sales teams with regulatory compliance of medical devices
