Job Qualifications
Bachelor/Master Degree - Technical studies are nice to have, but not mandatory;
Real passion for business and technology, gained during studies, personal projects, or first professional experiences.
Desire to build deep technical skills and expertise to deliver balanced applications and capabilities
Very good communication and interpersonal skills: ability to communicate sophisticated issues and solutions in a way that can drive decisions with technical and business partners.
English proficiency, both written and spoken
Dynamic, proactive and with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in teams with cohesion and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with external service partners to deliver operational excellence of key services
Driving simplification, automation and effective collaboration with all partners
Acting as a process excellence owner and help the business teams to resolve the issues
Driving the continuous improvement effort by using deep operational analytics skills and incorporating industry standard methodologies
Ensuring strong controls & processes are in place to support overall Business Continuity Plans and audit processes
