    For our business partner, a global company specializing in wholesale voice, SMS exchanges, and corporate clients, that operates into a large group and became a stable and important wholesale business partner to more than 200 international operators from all over the world, we are looking for a VoIP Engineer to join their team

    In this role, you will be responsible for voice network monitoring, managing partner interconnections, and configuring voice equipment and services.


    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
    At least 2 years experience with VoIP networking;
    Good knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP);
    Good knowledge of configuring voice equipment and services;
    Good knowledge of networking principles and protocols: IP technologies, IP (Routing, Switching), BGP, VPN, firewalls;
    Team working oriented;
    Basic Linux operation/experience - nice to have;
    Fluent in English.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    Implement, maintain and troubleshoot a VoIP infrastructure;
    Manage voice interconnections with partners;
    Perform systems checks based on monitoring events and correct any issues;
    Analyze the performance, proactive troubleshooting, continual improvement, and capacity planning;
    Proactively review the environment and take initiatives to reduce failures, and defects and improve performance.
