Linux and Infrastructure Engineer

Hard skills:
You have experience, deep knowledge on the following technologies:
Linux:
• 7+ years hands-on experience in managing and Linux systems
• Linux systems administration (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, backup and recovery);
• Linux web servers (ex: nginx / apache);
Infrastructure
• 7+ years hands-on experience in IT infrastructure/hardware implementation and adminstration (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting);
• Experience with one of the following medium and enterprise business solutions: HPE / DELL / LENOVO;
Would be a plus:
• Experience in implementing and managing virtual machines using VmWare;
Education - Bachelor’s Degree in technology or related field;
• Experience in an entreprenurial work environment;

As a Linux and Infrastructure Engineer you have the following responsabilities that relate to the delivery of quality IT services on time.
• Perform system administration activities, such as deployments, configuration, system monitoring, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting;
• Propose and implement physical infrastructure;
• Perform proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents;
• Assist with Helpdesk functions as needed, such as responding to tickets, managing:
• Linux servers and Infrastructure and/or;
• Virtualization solutions and/or;
• Cloud solutions.
• Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot our internal and client’s technology assets.
