• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information System, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years in a technology-driven role, IT;
• BA/PMP certification;
• Excellent in English speaking and writing;
• Project management skills;
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and technical personnel.

• Active participation in all IT Department meetings involving discussions about the necessary developments in the Operational/Logistics and Retail IT ecosystem;
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, working closely with the IT team (internal, vendors, group etc.) to ensure that delivery is in line with Business expectations;
• Create the software specification and documentation, ensuring that the high-level design is clearly understood by all stakeholders;
• Provide support for testing the developed/delivered solutions;
• Identify risks and proposing, in real time, appropriate solutions.
