What you bring to the team:

- At least 1 year experience in IT project management;
- University degree in Automatics, Computer Science or equivalent, Economic studies;
- Analytical thinking, synthesis capability and problem solving;
- Ability to achieve goals working independently, with limited supervision;
- Capacity of management for crisis situation, planning, prioritization and organizing skills;
- Ability to manage relationships with colleagues and third party suppliers in projects;
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills, also manage other different teams involved in the process;
- Proactive approach, initiative;
- Resistance to stress;
- Collaboration with other colleagues to support the team spirit and appropriate working atmosphere;
- Multitasks to a high level of quality;
- Creatively develops (. improvements to systems and processes) with new products and ideas.

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;
- Performing requirements analysis and prioritizing initiatives based on business needs;
- Creating the implementation plan for functional development projects;
- Contributing to the annual budgeting process to ensure the necessary resources to implement business needs;
- Contributing in building strategies and development plan for the coming years;
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users;
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems;
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
