    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience
    • At least 2 years of working experience with databases (SQL)
    • Understanding of key DevOps responsibilities and concepts
    • Familiarity with Build and Release strategies
    • Ability to effectively interface with technical and non-technical staff at all organizational levels
    • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tool
    • Hands-on experience in process automation, technology efficiency and effectiveness
    • Excellent technical documentation skills
    • Positive attitude and oriented towards solving problems; The ability to give constructive feedback and openness to receive it as well
    • Ability to work within the team and act as a mentor
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines

    Nice to have:
    • Experience with monitoring tools
    • Windows Administration knowledge: install and secure OS, patching, solve security vulnerabilities
    • Experience with CI/ CD tools is a plus
    • Understanding of Agile / DevOps methodology is considered a plus
    • Experience with integration platforms: IBM WebSphere MQ
    • Knowledge of containers: docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
    • Ansible knowledge is a plus, Configuration Management
    • Azure DevOps knowledge


    • Working within Continuous Delivery or Continuous Deployment processes
    • Deploy application functionality in Test, Acceptance and Production
    • OS patching; Participate in DR/BCP plans
    • Maintain SLA, System Availability, Capacity management, and Performance KPI
    • Working in an Agile environment
    • Track, monitor and analyses defects to mitigate the impact on the project release and ensure that the system is deployed to meet the level of reliability set by the customer on the correct infrastructure
    • Investigate, analyze, and document production incidents, according to SLA agreement and urgency
    • Escalation of incidents to 3rd line support, if needed
    • Work closely with all parties necessary to solve problems
    • Problem management process for incidents
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the application is functioning as expected
    • Create and maintain an up-to-date documentation and procedures of your area of support
    • Contribute to the automation and optimization of processes and flows, to prevent human error and increase processing speed and the ability to detect errors
    • Test production bug fixes and new developments, when needed
    • Offer help and support to newer colleagues.
