Software Program Management Support

To be successful in this role you have:

Ability to work with big data sets in different formats, to merge and visualize information in ways that are useful for different stakeholders.
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle from requirements to maintenance
Strong social competence and ability to work across and integrate multi-cultural teams and interfaces
Excellent English communication skills (speaking & writing)
Furthermore, you have:

Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issues
Agility and flexibility with changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people
High sense of urgency, customer focus and solution orientation.

Your responsibilities

As part of your activities, you will

Support the Software Program Management Office controlling the active projects and starting new ones.
Implement reporting and automation to monitor programs/projects KPIs using Power Bi
Collaborate with teams to develop methodology and tooling to support Program Management Operations
Follow up with team managers to understand and find solutions to problems.
Ensure the information flow inside the team
Monitor progress, report status
Provide visibility at different management levels into project related aspects
