Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant  experience of 2 years - 3 years
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• ERP System strong experience (at least 2 years)
• Team playerDetailed Oriented/ Analytical
• Result Oriented/ Problem Solving
• Good Time Management
• Proactive
• Customer Focus
• Advanced in MS. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•  Preferably graduated in Economic studies

• PO; NON-PO Invoice processing using the ERP Accounting System.
• Involvement in reporting such as: Workflow allocation, VAT corrections.
• Supplier liaison via telephone and email communication.
• Travel and expense claim Audit and reporting.
• Support General Ledger teams with month-end processes and requests.
• Monitor and clear 'on hold' invoices in a timely manner.
• Payment for all countries in scope.
• Service Desk ticketing.
• Documentation:
• ensures proper documentation of P2P processes
• Country specifics:
• supports the adoption of country specific requirements within P2P processes.
• Process Improvement and standardization:
• In addition to these activities, this role may participate in innovation, transformation or improvement projects related to business processes
