    A Snapshot of Your Day

    We are looking for an experienced ITAM professional with CMDB experience and strong troubleshooting background, ability to resolve technical issues, keep track of issues, follow up with pending work and open cases and responsive to requests for problem solving. It will involve critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure and organized approach to solve problem with good decision- making skills

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Monitors Data Intake and quality from Discovery (and other sources)
    • Updates and Maintains ITAM service documentation
    • Works with ITSM Service Owner on CMDB quality and integration;
    • Identify and resolves data exceptions and errors
    • Responds and takes actions on approved change and demand requests for ITAM
    • Executes and/or organizes relevant testing
    • Performs 2nd-level support for ITAM related Incidents
    • (Potentially) align with Division and Regional IT on relevant projects

    What You Bring

    • Experience with ITAM (SAM/HAM) Tooling
    • Experience with CMDB
    • Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure
    • Organized approach to solve problem with good decision-making skills
    • Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Familiar with IT tools such as Flexera and ServiceNow
    • Discovery & Service Mapping (Normalization)
    • Data Quality
    • Data Exception Handling (when dealing with multiple data sources)
    • Strong troubleshooting background, ability to resolve technical issues, keep track of issues, follow up with pending work and open cases and responsive to requests for problem solving
    • Good command of English communication (written/verbal)
    • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
    • Good organizational skills
    • Co-ordinate and work-closely with other IT departments in Infrastructure or other areas across the globe
