    We have an opportunity for a freshly graduate Process Engineer to join our Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) team in Lugoj. He/she shall provide technical expertise to ensure the operation produces product that meets all quality, cost, and efficiency requirements.

    He/she will identify ways to improve safety, quality, yields, and the capability of existing processes while also assisting in the scale up and implementation of developmental products/processes. Core challenges include leading continuous process improvement to drive Key Performance Indicators for the operation to meet goals established by the business along with providing technical guidance to the operations team to assist with process troubleshooting along with developing corrective action plan.

    We Value

    Technical studies in electrical, electronics or mechanics
    Good computer skills with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Good English knowledge


    Key Responsibilities

    Participates in the evaluation of indirect materials for the production process
    Participates in the evaluation of production equipment and devices
    Participates in new product introduction and transfer activities from other locations
    Proposes/executes Value Engineering and Component Engineering actions for continuous improvement
    Processes product and process data using defined processes within the organization
    Participates in the implementation of new technologies in the Honeywell Life Safety Romania production facility
    Evaluates the effects of product/process changes in terms of efficiency, cost and ergonomics
    Participates in the creation of technical justification for the CAPEX process
