University Diploma
Proven experience in a support function in an HR department with minimum 2 years of experience.
Total fluency in English and Romanian, any other European language is an asset
Ensure employment procedure (prepares all relevant documents, schedule occupational health tests, IT requests, report employment contracts for registration in REVISAL)
Follow-up on medical cases short & long terms, (accident-illnesses and maternity). Administration of vacation and leave records.
Each end of the month, prepare and collect data for monthly timesheet as per the labor law
Elaboration of monthly statistics and management of headcount records and analytics
Administer the internal platform (HRIS)
Maintain & update personal files and database
Keeps evidence for periodical medical check, relationship with medical supplier to be sure the deadlines are not overdue
Verify monthly invoices related to benefits
Participate in organizing HR sponsored events (internal / external)
Offer support in keeping training expenses evidence for Danube Region
Keep contact with the payroll provider (for salaries, fiscal declarations, revenue/medical certificates)
Assist Romania employees on various HR questions/revenue/medical certificates etc
Assist in various HR projects as part of continues improvement
