The Data and Digital HR Analyst sits within the HR Operations team and provides HR data expertise to the business along with maintaining the integrity of the data within the HR system. They will understand the HR and business needs at a functional level and be capable of leveraging technologies to address the best solutions for the HR community. They will work closely with HRIS in order to translate the business needs into technical solutions within systems, processes and reports. They will have a wholistic understanding across HR processes and systems in order to maintain data consistency and improve efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for HR Data Analytics requirements
- Design and generate reports, providing detailed analysis
- Create and redesign dashboards within Workday for different objectives and stakeholders
- Prepare the monthly / quarterly HR Decks and reports that are shared with leadership
- Investigate and correct any data issue in Workday
- Manage first line HRIS queries utilising our ticketing system (Service Now)
- Ensure accessibility of standard reports and business processes within Workday
- Modify existing reports and create new reports as needed, based on requests for users or own analysis
- Recommend enhancements to HR reporting tools and participate in testing and implementation
- Update training documentation and train users on reporting offer, how to pull reports from the system and what report is most relevant to use for certain analysis
- Update the Reporting Catalogue with newly created reports
- Maintain the Global Job Catalog, creating job and grade profiles
- Perform regular data audits and follow up on error correction with HR Operations to support data accuracy
- Look for continuous improvements of functional area and work closely with the HRIS team
- Test impact on Reporting of system changes in Workday
- Participate in analysis and testing for each Workday Release
- Work closely with the HRIS function, completing UAT and collaborating on solutions to problems
- Participate in global HR projects as requested
- Assist HR Data Analytics Manager as requested
Requirements
- Able to work alone on a broad variety of tasks whilst maintaining strong relationships with peers
- Ability to communicate at all levels across the business
- Adapatable in a fast moving environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Able to prioritise and meet tight schedules and targets
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Experience of using an HCM system preferred
- Proven experience of using Workday to provide analysis and reports is advantageous
- Exposure to Talent Acquisition processes is advantageous
