• High school diploma;
• Previous experience in machining technology;
• Experience with operating CNC and conventional machines;
• Mechanical and good math skills;
• Good understanding of specifications by reading mechanical drawings or other requirements;
• eager to work with the newest automotive technologies, understand complex systems and shape the behavior of the future cars;
• You are proactive and you adapt easily to new development environment, but don't worry, we will be there every step of the way, supporting each other;
• You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects;
• You're a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally;
• You take ownership of projects and tasks;
• You're not afraid to think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to your challenges;
• English - a good level.

Nice to have:

• German;
• A certificate or diploma in relevant discipline;
• Experience with computer-aided design and manufacturing programs;
• Willingnes to travel;

We are looking for a proactive technician to fill the role of Mechanical Laboratory Technician for our Engineering Cross Function department.

In your role you will:

• Have the chance to produce machined parts by operating CNC and conventional machines, performing task such as milling, turning, cutting etc;
• Ensure that the equipment runs properly executing maintenance schedule, check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality;
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments in order to streamline the process;
• Be in charge with inspecting and measuring finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly;
• Be in charge with supporting engineers for constantly improving designs and processes;
