- Previous relevant experience in IT recruitment
- Solid knowledge of technologies and programming languages used in the IT industry
- Fluency in English
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
- Ability to quickly assess candidates' skills and potential

- Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for IT positions
- Collaborate with hiring manager and stakeholders to understand the technical skills, experience, and qualifications needed for each IT position
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates, feedback, and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Communicate regularly with hiring manager to align expectations and ensure a smooth hiring process
