ACCOUNTANT METHOD, PROCESS & TOOLS, Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
- Very strong knowledge of the accounting schemes associated with the various processes and good knowledge of IFRS standards
- Appetite for information processes and systems
- English and French advanced level (read, write, speak)
- Familiarity with the SAP system for the usual transactional
- Strong analytical and teamwork skills in a diverse and multicultural environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance from an accredited university

- Analyze the impacts of an evolution vis-à-vis accounting processes and accounting systems
- Identify the key players to carry out the evolution
- Define the target accounting schemes (operational account plan, corporate accounts and Group accounts)
- Write any expressions of need for IT or other Group businesses
- Accept the changes and validate with all the necessary actors the change of process
- Train and manage change management
- Support end users
