Skills and competencies required:

- At least 3 years of experience in coordinating collection activities
- Minimum 1 year experience in banking
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Performance oriented
- Positive attitude and open to new experiences
- Skills in planning and reporting
- Professionalism, team and customer orientation

What you get to do in this role:

- Supervises daily the activity of the collection agents and ensures that they fulfill their opperational objectives ;
- Provides constant support to team members (feedback/coaching) in order to improve their performance ;
- Identifies the need to carry out the activity in optimal conditions and communicates these needs directly to the superior ;
- Actively participates in the staff recruitment process and has a decision-making role in their selection ;
- Maintains communication, provides support and feedback to external partners and ensures the smooth running of the operational processes carried out by them ;
- Prepares reports related to the activity of the internal agents/external partners regarding their performance ;
- Actively participates in setting the collection strategy and ensures its implementation in the activity ;
- Organize regular meetings with team members/external partners, to discuss the achieved performance and new or ongoing projects .
