What are the benefits?

Important details:

Working hours: 5 working days, followed by 2 days off.
We work in shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00.
Monthly salary: 5800 LEI net.
Average additional monthly payment for extra shifts (night-, weekend shifts, public holiday) 18% more: 220 EUR net.
Bonus based on performance (per quarter): max 600 EUR net.
Bonus after passing their probationary period: 1,200 EUR net.
Accommodation close to the studios (included).
Flight tickets, utility bills paid by the company.
Yearly bonus of up to 2 salaries: 2400 EUR net.
The headquarters is in Bucharest, in a location arranged for online dealer teams.
Training is offered for 2 weeks for the role presented, during which the salary does not change.
