With these skills you are a great candidate:
Several years (8+) of experience in the IT/telecommunications industry
Assembles and leads multidisciplinary project teams
Has above-average characteristics in methodological, social and leadership competencies
Accompanies and promotes the development of MA in the team
Enables the team to perform and work independently
Applies methods for conflict management in the team
An acute understanding of key activities across the full breath of the software development lifecycle and a vision for embedding an Agile and DevSecOps culture and mindset into Digital Architectures and Platform teams.
Intimate understanding of technologies supporting the global shift to Digital and focus on Customer Experience. Critical that the successful candidate has an intimate knowledge in a significant majority of the following technologies; Public Cloud, Containerisation, Microservices API Management, NoSQL & Graph Databases, Data Streaming, Machine Learning, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Security, and Continuous Delivery.

Strategic further development of the system landscape for which he/she is responsible
Develops solution and project recommendations as well as decision documents for the further development of the Enterprise IT solutions used in order to cover the business needs in the future as well
Develops retirement/replacement recommendations for systems of the department / domain to realize cost reduction potentials though standardization.
Definition and ongoing maintenance of Architecture and Capability roadmap for the specific Solstice Platforms Domain.
Observes the relevant IT market with regard to his domain and makes recommendations
Build Relationships and Promote Solstice Approach with Vodafone C-levels within the business areas demonstrating to them the benefits of innovative technologies that will enable them to transform customer experience and improve our agility.
