    Requirements

    3+ years experience in a similar role a plus;
    Customer oriented attitude;
    Fluent in spoken and written English;
    Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritise;

    Responsibilities

    General administrative tasks.
    Coordination of communication to and from the company employees, horizontally and vertically (other departments, direct bosses).
    Support the activities of the Sales and Marketing department.
    Answers general incoming calls and gives information to callers, directs calls to the relevant persons.
    Greets visitors, determines nature of visit, and directs visitors to appropriate persons.
    Provides general company information, makes appointments.
    Main contact person for company communication to outsourced accounting/HR company.
    Files correspondence, documents and other records.
    Maintaining the relationship with suppliers and responsible for the office supplies.
    Organization of special internal events and programs.
    Organization of travel arrangements for the employees and the processing of travel documents.
