    -Technical (architect, construction engineer) or Economical background. University degree preferred;
    -2-3 years of experience in Purchasing or Sales;
    -Negotiation skills based on proven experience in managing a material portfolio;
    -Analytical thinking and strategy oriented;
    -PC knowledge: MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage;
    -Foreign languages: fluent German and English is a must.


    -You will have in responsibility a portfolio of materials and services from the Indirect Materials and Services department in the Facility Management area (construction, maintenance, cleaning services, disposal, real estate, renting services), managing the purchasing activities related to it, focusing on the material group of maintenance – technical building management;
    -Autonomous management of tenders, assessment and negotiation of offers and fulfilment of business requirements;
    -You will be responsible to achieve the cost reduction targets and supply chain optimization;
    -You will deal with the requests coming from internal users to have the best conditions in terms of total cost of ownership and terms and conditions related to terms of payment, delivery and cost based on the technical requirements needed; also operational tasks like placing orders and checking the invoices, solving all issues until the invoice is paid;
    -You will have to negotiate the best possible conditions and review all commercial aspects in projects and of contracts in consultation with the Purchasing Team Leader and take a leading role within the cross-functional procurement team;
    -You will be handling supplier management (claims, relationship management, etc.) and have to find new suppliers or develop the existing supplier base and ensure they fill in Hella standard documents for supplier creation;
    -Close cooperation in the cross-functional team of purchasing and specialist department;
    -Execution of the implementation of the strategy for the responsible material groups;
    -Meet the objectives by tracking performance indicators (KPI’s) agreed upon, such as saving targets, DPO targets, processing time of invoices.
