-SAP-HR knowledge is a plus;
-Microsoft Office knowledge;
-Labor contract management. Processes personnel documents related to:
-Hiring (labor contract and other required documents);
-Hiring of foreign citizens;
-Contract changes (addendums to labor contract);
-Contract suspension (maternity/paternity, unpaid leave);
-1st level support for questions regarding labor relation (HR-Portal); Collective Labor Contract; Internal Regulation; Maternity and paternity);
