Salesforce Solution Architect

What we are looking for:

• Degree in technical / IT / Engineering;
• Previous experience as Solution Architect in digital transformation projects based on Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud and / or Marketing Cloud);
• Experience gained on end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects (preferably on Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) and integration with other business systems;
• Knowledge of the principles of Data and Integration Design;
• Programming experience and usage in the development of CRM solutions;
• Direct experience on agile software development methodology;
• Knowledge of the Informatica Cloud suite, Anypoint platform by MuleSoft, Heroku platform or experience in integration projects with CTI platforms are a plus;
• Certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Application Architect are a plus;
• Organizational and planning skills;
• Teamwork attitude;
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
• Good relational skills;
• International project teams management.

Focal point for solutions’ design on CRM platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community e modules) related to sales, service, CPQ, campaign e marketing business end-2-end processes:
• evaluates the best architecture to be put in place and design the solution, supporting the execution and performance and acceptance tests;
• leads and supports the functional and technical team defining modules and impact analysis (domain model and use cases), time quality and deadlines respect, standards evolution, integration with other platforms, verifying architectural guidelines respect;
• stays up to date on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps and applications available from third parties on the Salesforce AppExchange.
